Indemusic uses Stripe Connect. Payouts go directly to your bank account. KYC identity verification is required by financial regulations, but we walk you through it at onboarding.
Does Indemusic handle streaming distribution?
Not in v1. Indemusic is your direct-to-fan sales layer. Keep using DistroKid or TuneCore for streaming; Indemusic handles direct sales and fan relationships alongside them.
What genres does Indemusic focus on?
We're building for niche genres first: electronic, hip-hop, punk, hardcore, folk, experimental, and lo-fi. Artists who feel invisible on mainstream platforms.
